Petra's Apartment is a residence on Jane the Virgin, located within The Marbella hotel at Miami Beach, Florida.

Petra's apartment is her residence at The Marbella and where she currently lives with her daughters. Her mother, Magda, would stay with her there before Petra finally realized what a bad person she was and got her arrested.[1] When her long-lost twin sister Anežka turned up, Petra also allowed her to stay there with her.[2] At one point she asked her girlfriend Jane Ramos to move in with her which she agreed to although their relationship fell apart shortly after.[3]
Notable incidents that has taken place at the apartment include Magda's murder of Ivan Rogachevsky,[4] Anežka paralyzing Petra and taking her place,[5] Anežka's faked suicide[6] as well as real death[7] and JR's shooting of Miloš Dvořáček.[3][8]
