Jennie Snyder Urman is an American television writer and producer. Urman is the creator of Jane the Virgin.


Snyder Urman has lent her talents to the last season of Gilmore Girls and the revival series 90210 (2008), before creating her first show, Emily Owens, M.D. (2012).
